Trip Plan Clear

Disclaimer

General information, not advice. Trip Plan Clear summarizes rules published by governments and the European Union. It is not legal, immigration or travel advice, and it does not create any adviser relationship. For your own situation, ask the official authority or a qualified immigration lawyer.

The official source prevails. Entry rules, fees and processing times change. We show the date we last checked each official source and we monitor those sources, but there can be a delay between an official change and our update. Before you book or travel, confirm the rule on the official page we link to. If our page and an official page differ, follow the official page.

Entry is never guaranteed. Even with a valid visa or travel authorization, a border officer decides whether to admit you. Airlines can also refuse boarding if documents don’t meet the rules.

The trip check. It applies our rules table to what you enter. It covers the nationalities and countries listed on the page, short tourist and business visits, and ordinary passports only (not residence permits, refugee or stateless travel documents, diplomatic passports, or dual-nationality situations). It cannot know about public holidays, your personal history, or rules for people with a past refusal or criminal record.

Not a government site. We are independent and not affiliated with any government or with the EU. We don’t apply for anything and don’t charge fees. See why this matters.

Links. We link to official sites and, where labeled, to affiliate partners. We are not responsible for the content of other sites.
